WatchVault; Instagram, TikTok ve Threads gibi uygulamalardan paylaştığınız bir gönderiyi okuyup içindeki film, dizi, anime, manga veya çizgi romanı tanır ve kişisel arşivinize kaydeder. Bu sayfa uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini, nereye gönderdiğini ve ne kadar sakladığını anlatır.

Toplamadığımız veriler: telefon numarası, adres, konum, rehber, sağlık verisi, reklam kimliği, cihazınızdaki diğer uygulamaların listesi. Ad ve e-posta yalnızca giriş yapmayı seçtiğinizde işlenir; hesabı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (Ayarlar › Hesabı sil). Uygulama fotoğraf kütüphanenize erişim izni istemez; iOS sistem seçicisi yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz görseli uygulamaya verir.
Bu sağlayıcıların hiçbirine sizi kişi olarak tanımlayan bir bilgi göndermeyiz, çünkü elimizde yoktur.
Paylaşılan gönderi metinlerinin 90 günlük teşhis kaydı (resolve_log) tek bir amaca hizmet eder:
bir paylaşım tanınamadığında bunun sebebinin "hiçbir katalogda yok" mu yoksa "bağlı olduğumuz bir servis
o an bozuktu" mu olduğunu ayırt etmek. Bu ikisi dışarıdan aynı görünür ve zıt düzeltmeler gerektirir.
Kayıtlarda kullanıcı kimliği tutulmaz.
Verilerinizin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz: fidanciferdanahit@gmail.com adresine yazın. Uygulamayı silmeniz cihazdaki arşivinizi kalıcı olarak siler. Sunucudaki puan ve ilerleme satırlarınız anonim kimliğinize bağlıdır; talebiniz üzerine silinir.
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
Tüm ağ trafiği HTTPS üzerinden gider. Katalog ve model API anahtarları uygulamanın içinde bulunmaz; sunucu fonksiyonlarında tutulur. Sunucudaki satırlar, yalnızca kendi satırınıza erişebileceğiniz şekilde satır düzeyi güvenlik (RLS) ile korunur.
Bu politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih değişir.

WatchVault reads a post you share from apps like Instagram, TikTok or Threads, identifies the movie, series, anime, manga or comic it is about, and saves it to your personal vault. This page describes what the app processes, where it goes and how long it is kept.

Not collected: phone number, address, location, contacts, health data, advertising identifier, or the list of other apps on your device. Your name and email are processed only if you choose to sign in, and you can delete the account from inside the app (Settings › Delete account). The app does not request photo library permission; the iOS system picker hands over only the image you chose.
None of these receive anything that identifies you personally, because we do not hold it.
The 90-day diagnostic log (resolve_log) exists for one reason: when a share is not recognised,
to tell "no catalogue carries this" apart from "a source we depend on was down at that moment". Those two look
identical from the outside and need opposite fixes. The log carries no user id.
You can ask for your data to be deleted at fidanciferdanahit@gmail.com. Deleting the app permanently removes the vault on your device. Your rating and progress rows on the server are tied to your anonymous id and are removed on request.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
All network traffic uses HTTPS. Catalogue and model API keys are not shipped in the app; they live in the server functions. Rows on the server are protected by row-level security so you can reach only your own.
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it.
